Holbeck Together's new 'Wellbeing Wednesdays' offer free support and advice for members of the community, a safe space to make friends and improve both physical and mental wellbeing. 

These sessions offer a chance to relax, connect and focus on your health and happiness. Holbeck Together's friendly groups provide a welcoming space to boost your wellbeing, meet new people and feel supported.
