We are pleased to invite members and partners to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we'll reflect on the past year, celebrate our achievements, and share our plans for the future.
This AGM comes at an exciting time for the organisation. From July 2026, the registered charity Volition-Leeds began operating as Forum Central. This change reflects our growth and the significant progress made in establishing Forum Central as a trusted partner in health and care system leadership across Leeds.
Between 2016 and 2026, Forum Central was the name of the partnership between Volition and Leeds Older People’s Forum. This arrangement has now evolved into the Doing Good Leeds Partnership, which brings together Leeds Older People’s Forum, Voluntary Action Leeds and Forum Central. While the Forum Central name now refers to our single organisation and registered charity, we continue to work closely with Leeds Older People’s Forum and remain committed partners in strengthening the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Leeds.
As part of this AGM, we'll be taking a look back at 10 years of the Forum Central contract and celebrating 10 years of MindWell. Join us as we reflect on a decade of supporting the health and wellbeing of people and communities across Leeds.
Tea and coffee will be available, providing an opportunity to catch up with colleagues, members and partners before and after the meeting.
